The Outlook Profile Manager (previously called the Microsoft Database Utility) is installed as part of your Office installation, and it allows you to create new profiles, edit or delete profiles, and set your default profile. When you open Outlook, it always uses the default profile.

To manage identities, you must use the Microsoft Database Utility, which is installed as part of your Office installation. With this utility, you perform tasks such as creating a new identity, setting the default identity, and rebuilding an identity. When you open an Office application, it always uses the default identity.
You can have multiple Firefox programs installed in different locations. To start the Profile Manager for a specific Firefox installation, replace firefox.exe in the above instructions with the full path to the Firefox program, enclose that line in quotes, then add a space followed by -P.
To copy all of your Firefox data and settings to another Firefox installation (for example, when you get a new computer), you can make a backup of your Firefox profile, then restore it in your new location. For instructions, see Back up and restore information in Firefox profiles.
If you have important information from an old Firefox profile, such as bookmarks, passwords, or user preferences, you can transfer that information to a new Firefox profile by copying the associated files. For instructions, see Recovering important data from an old profile. You can also switch to a previous profile to recover old profile data. See Recover user data missing after Firefox update for details.
Microsoft supports the installation methods in this document. There may be other methods ofinstallation available from other sources. While those tools and methods may work, Microsoft can'tsupport those methods.
Note: The Multi-User install instructions must be prefixed with the sudo command. However, once the install is complete, and the instructions to add users to the rvm group is followed, the use of either sudo or rvmsudo is no longer required. The sudo command is only to temporarily elevate privileges so the installer can complete its work. If you need to use sudo or rvmsudo after the install is complete, some part of the install directions were not properly followed. This usually is because people execute the install as root, rather than executing the installation instructions from a non-privileged user account.
Note that that any outside tutorials are NOT supported whether they work or not. Tutorials are great, however we have spent massive amounts of man hours debugging the installation process. Please use the install process(es) from this site only, as this is the only supported installation types and methods.
Gemsets created by these users will be hosted in their HOME directory. It's not possible to use global gemsets from system without using tricks like manually linking directories and they should not be used in mixed-mode. Please bear in mind that 'system' in this context does not refer to your distribution's ruby packages, but to the RVM Multi-User installation.
If installation and configuration were successful, RVM should now load whenever you open a new shell. This can be tested by executing the following command which should output rvm is a function as shown below.
To get to Emory Healthcare's virtual desktop environment from your computer, you need a web browser plus a small piece of software (a client) installed on your computer. Installation instructions and the software are available below.
When you've successfully started the installer, you should see the Git Setup wizard screen. Follow the Next and Finish prompts to complete the installation. The default options are pretty sensible for most users.
On a MAC running 10.7 and up, the "library/colorsync/profiles" folder location may be locked by default and can only be unlocked by an admin. This results in the inability of a user to install your ICC print profiles per the normal instructions. You need to unlock the profile folder in order to install printer profiles.
To be eligible for Mac DM Profile enrollment, you must be a current faculty or staff member of Pepperdine University with a University-owned computer. To enroll your Mac, follow the instructions listed below for Mac Big Sur and Catalina operating systems.
Visual Studio Code supports Portable mode installation. This mode enables all data created and maintained by VS Code to live near itself, so it can be moved around across environments, for example, on a USB drive. See the VS Code Portable Mode documentation for details.
VS Code is an editor, first and foremost, and prides itself on a small footprint. Unlike traditional IDEs that tend to include everything but the kitchen sink, you can tune your installation to the development technologies you care about. Be sure to read the Additional Components topic after reading the platform guides to learn about customizing your VS Code installation.
All answers to this questions are useful. Especially the answer given by Travis helped me. For Mac OS X users I would like to provide some steps which will help them to work with the fresh installation of Node Version Manager a.k.a. nvm.
(As someone who is only semi-command line literate, I lean on the which command by muscle memory. Using nvm --version is in the instructions, but if you're an idiot like me, you might miss/skip over that part, and use which nvm by reflex, and think that nvm isn't installed.)
The following example configuration will quietly install FileZilla from a Dropbox URL on all managed Windows clients with the "bginstall" tag. These clients will also reboot after installation has completed.
The status of an installation can be checked via the Monitor > Devices page, by clicking on a particular client and navigating to the Event log or Activity log section.
NOTE MultiMC is a modding-friendly alternate launcher for Minecraft, which is recommended for working with Fabric and can be found here. If you don't wish to use MultiMC or don't know or care what launcher you're using, follow through to the regular client instructions.
The new server installation uses a single jar file as a launcher. This launcher first downloads any missing Fabric Loader or Minecraft files, then continues with running the game server. There is no explicit installation and the desired versions as selected on the homepage are already baked into this jar file.
The fabric installer has full support from installing the client and the server from the command line. This could be used to automate the installation. The installer has a number of commands that can be used for a headless install.
This step is optional but recommended for testing Enterprise-signeddistributions. The profile installation adds the Firebase App Distributionweb clip to your device's home screen, so you can install and access allyour test apps. To manually install the profile:
Easier software installations. Software vendors can use virtual machines to ship entire software configurations. For example, installing a complete mail server solution on a real machine can be a tedious task. With Oracle VM VirtualBox, such a complex setup, often called an appliance, can be packed into a virtual machine. Installing and running a mail server becomes as easy as importing such an appliance into Oracle VM VirtualBox.
Skip Unattended Installation. Disables unattended guest OS installation, even if an ISO image is selected that supports unattended installation. In that case, the selected ISO image is mounted automatically on the DVD drive of the new virtual machine and user interaction is required to complete the OS installation.
Guest Additions. Enables automatic installation of the Guest Additions, following installation of the guest OS. Use the drop-down list to select the location of the ISO image file for the Guest Additions.
To configure unattended installation, you typically just need to specify an ISO image in the Create Virtual Machine wizard. Oracle VM VirtualBox then detects the OS type and the unattended installation process is done automatically when the wizard is completed. However, in some situations the installation may need be completed manually.
If unattended installation is not supported for the selected ISO, the ISO image is inserted automatically into the DVD drive of the new VM. The guest OS installation must then be completed manually.
A dialog is displayed, prompting you for a snapshot name. This name is purely for reference purposes, to help you remember the state of the snapshot. For example, a useful name would be "Fresh installation from scratch, no Guest Additions", or "Service Pack 3 just installed". You can also add a longer text description in the Snapshot Description field.
Clicking on Settings displays a window, where you can configure many of the properties of the selected VM. But be careful when changing VM settings. It is possible to change all VM settings after installing a guest OS, but certain changes might prevent a guest OS from functioning correctly if done after installation.
Using OVF enables packaging of virtual appliances. These are disk images, together with configuration settings that can be distributed easily. This way one can offer complete ready-to-use software packages, including OSes with applications, that need no configuration or installation except for importing into Oracle VM VirtualBox.
The bash profile is a set of instructions that are run by the shell when the user logs in to bash. You can add a variety of preferences to the bash profile, including modifications to the PATH. When anaconda, miniconda or other versions of python are installed they automatically add paths to their respective versions of python to the top of the bash profile. 2ff7e9595c
